1------about the game-------
This isn't as flashy as the graphical Pokemon games, but
hey--- THIS IS MY FIRST GAME-and I think it's darn good!

2------how to play----------
since this is a text-based game, it uses pause alot, so if
nothing happens for a while, press enter.

3------the pokemon in this game-----
this an explination of the pokemon you get in the game, every
pokemon has three stats: Hp-how much health the pokemon has
Attack- gives you a good idea of the damage the pokemon will do
Defence- reduces the damage done when your pokemon is attacked.
The scale is 1-3, 1 is poor, 2 is good, and 3 is excellent!

Butterfree-Butterfree is a happy medium
Hp:2
Attack:2
Defence:2
Attacks- Tackle: useless, does little damage. Lose it as soon as
possible
Confusion: Much better than tackle, can be improved.
Leech life: Does less damage than Confusion, But you get
life back
Stun Spore: learned later, does damage and opponent may
lose their turn

Gastly- Use Gastly to quickly K.O. the opponent
Hp:1
Attack:3
Defence:2
Attacks- Nightshade: does damage equal to Gastly's level
Lick: does a good amount of damage
Confuse ray: Does a little damage, the opponent might hurt
themselves (does more damage)

Charmander- Charmander relies on pure luck
Hp:3
Attack: ranges from 1-3
Defence:1
Attacks- Flamethrower: Attack level of 2
Rage: Can range in damage, Charmander attacks 1-4 times

Bulbasaur- last Pokemon you get, very powerful
Hp:3
Attack:4
Defence:2
Attacks- Solarbeam: Pro- does an amazing amount of damage. Con- takes
2 turns to do (see "bugs")
Leach sead: Same as Butterfree's Leach Life

4--------bugs------
this has a few bugs, it's very easy to cheat, and sometimes
Solarbeam doesn't take 2 turns, but isn't that a good thing ;)

5------thanks------
A very special thanks to Danial Yaun (hope I got the last
name right) for teaching me how to program in the first place
Thanks to the Gold team members in Regional 7 (connecticut)
class of 98-99 in 7th grade for beta testing, back when the game
really sucked.

6-----future things by Iansoft--
Melba-a graphical RPG game, almost done. Hopefully a series
neopokemon- HUGE, aughta put me on the map!

7-----contact the author----
	For questions or coments,
ask someone who can program, I've had bad experiences with giving
out my e-mail address.

8------IanSoft is-------
The "company" is just me- Ian Church, making games out
of his room in Colebrook Connecticut (directions to Colebrook= Find
Nowhere on a map, go to the center of it!)
