Bomber 2 - This is a game for up to 4 players, human or computer (AI), as long as there is at
least one human. There are two arenas: small and large. The small arena is for two human
players only. The large arena can be used in any situation. Before the game starts, each
player hides an artifact anywhere in the arena and chooses where they want their player to
start the game. In the large arena, each player will be allowed to customize their player
by adjusting different player options. In the small arena there are no player options,
players will start with the default options. The object of the game is to eliminate all
your opponents.

There are two ways to eliminate a player:
1. Find an opponents artifact and return safely to a base.
2. Kill an opponent by using bombs to bring his toughness to zero.

The last player standing will be the winner.

Player options are as follows (default/max apply to large arena):
Toughness: How many times you can get bombed before you are eliminated. Default: 10, Max: 15
Avoid Bombs Percentage: How often you will avoid bombs. Default: 0%, Max: 30%
Number of Bombs: How many bombs you will start with. Default: 15, Max: 20
Bomb Range: How far away from your location you can bomb. Default: 6 squares, Max: 14 squares
Bomb Radius: The radius of the bomb's explosion. Default: 1x1, Max: 2x2
Sight Radius: How far you can see around yourself, always 3x3 in the Large arena. Default: 3x3, Max: 3x3

You get 10 upgrade points for your player: Bomb radius costs 4 to upgrade, everything else
costs 1 upgrade point (bomb range will increase by 2).

Defaults for small arena:
Toughness: 10
Avoid Bombs Percentage: 0%
Number of Bombs: unlimited
Bomb Range: Whole arena
Bomb Radius: 1x1
Sight Radius: none

Controls:

Options - Up/Down arrow to move cursor, Left/Right arrow to downgrade/upgrade option.
Hide artifact/start point - Move cursor with arrows, 2nd to hide artifact, alpha for start.
Gameplay - Buttons on top row choose corresponding action.
Move - After choosing move, press any arrow to move your player.
Bomb - Move cursor with arrows, press Enter to bomb.

Actions explained:
Move - You can move anywhere, as long as there isn't a wall in your way. The two squares
with four dots on them are the bases. You can only move 1 square per turn.
Bomb - A bomb will explode on the squares within your cursor, if anyone is on those squares
including you, they may be hit and 1 will be subtracted from their toughness. Zero
toughness means they are eliminated. Remember that players may be able to avoid bombs, so
if you bomb and miss it doesn't necessarily mean that nobody is there. You can only use one
bomb per turn.
Radar - When this action is chosen, the game will split the arena up into numbered sections.
It will then tell you which section each player is in. It is good strategy to check the
radar every turn.
Done - Choose this when you have completed your turn, play will continue to the next player.
Quit - This option will end your turn, save the game, and quit. To resume a saved game just
run Bomber 2 and choose continue, it will be the next player's turn. To erase a saved game
and start a new one, choose "New Game."

Sight radius:
When you play on the large arena, your player will have a 3x3 sight radius. This means that
you can see all of the 8 squares around you. If there is an artifact on any of these
squares, it will be represented by a little plus (+) sign. If there is a player on any of
these squares, he will be represented by a little dot. Remember that all other players will
have this sight range as well, including the AI.

Computer players (AI):
The AI is very well rounded, don't take these computer players for granted. The AI has been
programmed to take advantage of the sight range and the radar, almost in the same way a
human player does. The computer doesn't cheat, and if there is more than 1 they will also
try to eliminate each other.
