Programs: AXIS ROTATE, PRINCIPAL AXIS, and PRINCIPAL MOMENT
By: Ben Axelrod

I made these programs to make dealing with second moments
(moments of inertia) a lot easier. Here is what they do

Axis Rotate: Finds new second moments for a rotated coordinate
system. Note, the angle of rotation is in degrees. (AXISROT.83P)

Principal Axis: Finds the angle to rotate axes that yields
maximum and minimum values for the second moments. (PRNAXIS.83P)

Principal Moment: Finds the possible maximum and minimum values
of the second moment. (PMOMENT.83P)
