WAVEQUAT is a program that writes the cosine equation and outputs a graph based on four pieces of information:

PERIOD: The ammount of time it takes for one full cosine wave to be completed.

AMPLITUDE: How much the height of the graph has been altered.

VERT. SHIFT: How much the center of the cosine wave has been shifted up/down.

HOR. SHIFT: How much the starting point of the cosine wave has been shifted left/right.

What is displayed next is the equation for your cosine wave with each value being upto 3 spaces (3 digits or 2 digits and a decimal). When you press any key, a graph of one period of your cosine wave will be displayed.

NOTE: Be sure that you're TI-83 is set in Radian Mode. You can get to this by hitting the keys:
Mode->Down->Down->Enter->2nd->Quit
