Description:

Sprite-2-Hex takes the 3 most common sprite sizes; 8x8, 16x16, and 32x32; and converts them to hexadecimal. If you use my Hex-2-Sprite program, then you know how tedious this can be. For my project Pokemon Purple, it took around 40 minutes to convert a sprite by hand, and now takes less than 10 minutes to do one. This is a must download for those that need hex sprites!

Using this program:

Start prgmSPR2HEX and select New or Edit. New will give 3 options, for sprite sizes. After you get your sprite created to your satisfaction, press [Y=] to start the exporting routines, and in a few seconds, you should have your sprite in hex form stored to Str4. Simply recall Str4 in a program.

Disclaimer:

This program was made in the TI-BASIC language, and should not crash your calculator. If it does, it is not my fault, it is your resposibility, because you probably screwed something up.
