After entering each prgm, to play Simburb run prgm1. And follow the on
screen directions.

Features:
 - Graphical Display
 - 6x6 map to build your Simburb in (more space than you might realize)
 - You can build roads, homes, shops and plants.
 - Residents actually travel along the roads, (like a paint bucket fill)
 - A score to track of how you are doing
 - Random disasters (about 1/100 of a chance to occur per simulation
   round)

The score is your cumulative collected tax divided by how long you have
played, i.e. your average tax income.

A ratio of 2 homes to 1 shop and 1 plant is about right, depends on your
road layout.

When entering the programs

-> - is the [STO] button

 {THETA} - represents [ALPHA] + [3]

Program Name Bytes
-----------------------
Prgm1 SIMBURB 447
Prgm2 DRAWMAP 46
Prgm3 DRAWIT 328
Prgm4 ADDIT 90
Prgm5 SIMULATE 483
Prgm6 FINDIT 261
Prgm7 WORK 259
Prgm8 STATS 74

If entered as I entered it you should use 1988 bytes for Simburb,
leaving 412 for other use. If you need more space I did not optimize
Simburb, so I'm sure you can retrieve a good deal of space back (I did
not optimize since this was exercise for me in the possible not the
smallest).
