How to dump FMR-50 rom images ?

* IPL.ROM and MACHINE.ID
	Boot MS-DOS on FMR-50 and run DUMP.EXE

* ANK16.ROM and KANJI16.ROM
	Create from Windows font with MAKEFONT utility
